Good choice IMO

I don't know anything about him other than his brief and not-inspiring stint at Edmonton and his current role as Chairman of an EPL team. Seems like a strange ass move to me. What makes him a good choice?

He's a very smart guy, was always ahead of his time. Squeezed a lot out of nothing coaching Switzerland.

 

Has some real insight on leadership.

I thought Housely was a horrible coach but I mean... they basically picked another unknown coach. Makes no sense to me.
