David Quinn, the new head coach of the New York Rangers, is putting down roots in the Big Apple, starting with a $2.67 million loft in Chelsea.

This team is also very young. So, Quinn can help build this team for the future and can ensure we will be a potential playoff and Stanley Cup (Maybe?) contender in the next five-to-ten years
