Bluephoria Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 A quick google search gave me this as a top ranked one: https://lastpass.com/ Anyone ever use it or have any other suggestions?
Pete Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 Always use the same password for everything, and make sure it's something easily remembered, with upper/lower and special characters, like HarrisIn28!
josh Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 I jot them down in my "Notes". eg,: Old College email - 22j_2 Its in code. I use 2 pwords, just change the number & placement when it tells me its time to 'update'.
Phil Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 A quick google search gave me this as a top ranked one: https://lastpass.com/ Anyone ever use it or have any other suggestions? I've used it for more than two years now. It's fantastic, and incredibly secure. The beauty of it is that none of the information, aside from auto-login cookie files, is stored locally, so if you are accessing a site from another computer and authorize that machine to use your LastPass account, it will do so for you automatically. You can also access your entire account, and entire pass chain from anywhere, provided you have access to the account credentials, so if your'e at your aunt's and need to log into some other account, you can log into your LastPass account, view the credentials, sign out and then use them on a one-time basis.

CreaseCrusader91 Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 I think he was being sarcastic lol A lot of people do that. Or they use a number code and hold down shift for the actual password
Pete Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 I think he was being sarcastic lol Ding ding! :) Using same password is dangerous.
