I signed up for the Bloomberg Businessweek like 1 month ago and received my first magazine as soon as I signed up.



It's been a month already and still haven't received the magazines that were supposed to be sent to my house.


I called up 3 times already, once every week explaining that I didn't get a magazine.


All 3 times they told me "It looks like we're having problems with OUR carrier, they should come.. if not call again"


1) "OUR carrier"? The post office sends to my job where clients receive them as well, but meanwhile they're telling me they have a different carrier? Are they just bullshitting?


2) I mean, what do I tell them now on the 4th phone call I make today? I want to cancel? But I don't... I feel like they're screwing with me though
