  1. Little aside - Santino from WWE has a school in Mississauga Ontario that he's run for the past couple of years and someone I know joined up. Apparently the stuff they're doing there is top notch stuff and he (Santino) is looking to grow this thing national.

  3. The one thing I miss about the whale is highlights - which seem to of slipped off the face of the earth with the name change.
  4. Not that bad anymore TBH. Both Dynamo & Shakhtar have large amounts of non-ukrainian ethnic players.
  5. Chill, it was obviously pr stunt.
  6. PS: Hulk Hogan got beaten in an arm wrestling contest by the obese mayor of Toronto :(

  8. As much as it was the crowd , it was Tito as well.. he doesn't have the name brand value (in this niche) that allows him to stand cross armed, eyeballing - with no explanation, no aggression, nothing. Emotionless, perhaps confused look on his face. It was a bomb, terrible stuff.

  10. Yeah you don't have to look to deeply into the situation to figure most of those things out. In any case, its not a terrible idea if its kept out of the big picture. The way he stood there however was just.... plain awkward.. .you could see in his eyes (unlike Rampage) that he just had no clue as to what to do.

  12. TNA is reportedly sinking in the water. With the impact zone now in deals elsewhere, they are forced to be on the road(which is largely the better option, on paper anyways). Each taping (2 shows per week) costs the company 600k. There are rumors many names will be jumping ship ,and that many wrestlers are having trouble receiving pay - and have been asked to take cuts on what they are expecting to get.

  14. Because there is a push (via punk) for change in that company. The timing was terrible for the pair... they really are exceptional characters/wrestlers - and most importantly - LOVE WRESTLING. Half the rosters of these companies are Body Builders (remember Masterson, or currently Rob E?) Vince was looking for the next hulk hogan, not Shawn Michaels.

  16. Many shoot interviews talk about how vince buried him ,and his fall out. At a time when they wanted Batistas, Lesnars, Lashleys , Cenas , he was a WCW/Old school TNA kinda guy. He also has a largely positive attitude and prefers to work in situations where he can wrestle minus the drama. As for Kendrick, he was over in WWE - but was dropped due to smoking weed. Both have talent and are interesting, flawed - for sure, but still much better than a large part of both companies undercard.

  18. He largely gets his butt kicked in this video, but to compare him to JM... is a little bit facetious

  20. Except he is talented in the ring, has charisma, looks, and isn't a roid muncher? He was one of the many that got buried during WWE's big man revolution. Hes a wrestler , when the industry wanted Sports Entertainers.
