We found a cyst or something on Max's paw today. It doesn't hurt him though...not sure what it is. Gonna ask whats up with it when we bring him back to the vet for a checkup.

Thanks...this shit sucks so much. You'd think he would have learned to take better care of himself after my Dad (his older brother) had to have a triple bypass three years ago. Fucked up this is, after that happened to my Dad, my Uncle went for all kinds of testing etc, and they told him he was fine. Then out of nowhere on Monday he didn't feel well. Prognosis is good, it's just a major surgery. I spent half the day crying because of all this. My Uncle is one of my closest family members. (and the one of the main reasons why I like the Rangers. ;))

He's still there...needs surgery.

Max is fine, eating again and a lot more active now. My Uncle had a heart attack :(

One of the worst days ever...my dog was really sick and had to go to the vet early this morning. We get him home at 9pm, and not even five minutes after we walk in the door, the phone rings and it's my aunt calling to say they had to take my uncle to the hospital. Ugh.
