Yeah it asks why on the questionnaire. Then says requesting a postponement does not guarantee you will get one, and to wait for them to call you. I doubt putting "getting back from vacation the day before" is a valid reason lol.

You can but I doubt they will for this. Honestly...I'll have 7 straight days off from work now. I'm really not complaining, I guess.

I am soon...but not in enough time to get out of this. like i said i dont mind it...apple is cool about it. I just hate sitting around. I get bored so easily.

The only thing im mad about it that its the day after I get back from a vacation...I was planning on sleeping all day that day. At least I'll get paid for it now.

It's not so bad. My friend from work got stuck doing it for two weeks. Apple pays you for your full 40 hrs/wk, or as if you were actually working an 8 hour day for how ever many days you're out. Plus the courts here pay $40 a day. I'm fine with it lol. Only part I hate is waiting around like an idiot in the beginning, just waiting to find out if you get called.

I got a summons for jury duty today...womp womp.

Lost my voice completely today...totally gone, not even a squeak haha. Ugh. I was useless at work.

Nah!! I do speed but honestly, I usually average like 75ish on highways. My car I have now gets like 2 miles to the gallon when I drive like that. I learned real fast that if I keep it under 3k rpm's, I actually get good gas milage :p

LOL...i actually went to Nashville last summer for a few days to visit a friend who was interning there. Didnt get to go to a game though :( And honestly, it's really not that far, or "vast distance" driving...it looks like it on a map but it's rarely ever more than an hour and 15 to go where I go in Brooklyn and North Jersey. NYC is about an hour, unless I'm driving in rush hour. The only time it takes longer is when I go see friends and family out on Long Island. Plus I don't mind driving, really...it's fun to me.

Nah, I'm spending close to nothing...relatively. Tickets to the game were 5 bucks each and its 14 to get my nails done. The rest I'm not paying for :p

I'm all over today. Stopping at the dealership to get something done on my car, driving to Philly for lunch with my mom and stepdad for his birthday, back to jersey to get my nails did, then picking up two friends and heading over to the Bronx for the Yankees game. So happy I dont work til 12 tomorrow. Gonna be sleeeeeepy!!
