  1. I havent been on here much lately but I just wanted to stop by real quick and say best wishes to all you guys who have been effected by this storm. I have a LOT of friends and family up in NYC and Long Island, north Jersey as well. Some of them are lucky (like me) and only had to deal with wind and rain, my friends and family out on LI are all without power, and others I know who live in the Zone A areas have lost almost everything they have. Here's hoping you aren't suffering the same way.

My friend is one of the two NYPD officers who forced the people to evacuate in that building in Chelsea that collapsed. He's been working in the city since this morning, and has told me way too many crazy and sad stories so far. Please stay safe guys...

  2. tell me about it...

I have a stupid situation too, I'm flying from Philly to Tampa. But when I come home I'm flying back to LaGuardia....so I'm not really getting any kind of deals on this like through Priceline or Travelocity etc because I have to book two one way trips. Another thing working against me is that I can only book a 6pm flight the day I go out bc I'm working that day, and theres only two flights from Philly going to Tampa at that time. And I have to take a specific flight on the way back so I'm on the same flight as my friend.

  3. I'm on 2.55 hours of sleep. Rag order today. Absolutely miserable

I had to do that yesterday...not working, per se. Just being out til 330am then getting a wake up call from my friend at 7am to go help out with Wekfest :/

They had a Porsche Panamera there to die for, Keith lol.

  4. It's really not hard to learn at all. If you are any kind of control freak, you'd enjoy the hell out of it.

Stop-and-go traffic in a city isn't too bad, the only time I ever get "annoyed" when driving a stick is being stuck in bumper-to-bumper situations on a steep hill. Having to hold the e-brake (hold the clutch on a hill = bad for clutch) sucks.

Its not difficult to learn but its annoying as hell to drive...to me anyway.

  5. Lets talk about your new car!

Or, we can talk about how you've spend so much money on cars in the last few years you could have saved up and had that surgery so you don't need phonebooks to see over the freaking dashboard.

I'd rather not talk about my new car (which i don't even have yet) in here again, thank you.

The later, I have no idea wtf you're talking about.

  6. Ok, so lets start the betting now. O/U when you get your first speeding ticket in your new car. We'll set the O/U at Aug 1st.

Lets change the wording a bit... first time you get pulled over and let go with a warning in your new car. lol

LOL...hopefully not that quickly. I don't think I'm going to tint the windows on this car, so it'll have one less thing for me to get pulled over for.

Oh and I usually just get let go....no warning :D

  7. I think Lindsay has commitment issues. 10 cars in 3 years is excessive.

Close enough. This will be my 6th car in 11 years. (two were totaled in accidents, two sold, one traded in). Like Joey just said about his friend, I get tired of them after 2-3 years.

Very cool. What are you getting and what color?

2012 g37x coupe. White with black interior. :)
