I want to be nice but I don't think I can anymore. I got stuck talking to this one guy about this charity for a good 30 minutes about how I can live without $0.50 a day so why wouldn't I help a starving child. I'm a sucker and I look like a sucker.

I hate that I can't sit in a public place in New York City without being talked to. I commute with my brother so I have to kill two hours while I wait for him to get out. I usually just stay in my office and do work but today I had a headache so I went outside to a park near me. People just won't leave you alone about this charity or that charity or this petition. So I left and went to Grand Central and found a seat in the food area and some guy came up and wanted to just talk and make chit chat.

My job has made me LOVE Friday. All I could think about on the train yesterday was food, a beer, and my pajamas.

I've got a full belly, a cold beer, and a nice thunderstorm. Happy Friday everyone :)

I've never been asked so many times in my life if my last name is my actual last name than I have at my new job. I have someone different ask me almost everyday and when I say yes they start speaking to me in Spanish and I just look at them funny.

Yup, daily. Not fun leaving home when it's dark outside and getting home when it's dark outside. My manager gets in at 7:30am so to get to the office for 7:30 I wake up at 4:00. 6 months. I got a temp position replacing a woman who is on maternity leave. I am living at home now saving up money and I would move closer but because it is temporary I want to wait until I know I have a permanent position lined up.

Day 2 of doing my 2.5 hour commute to the city. Miserable.
