Same, I might be going sometime next week before I head back to Pitt. Havent been there in probably as long as you lol.

Only rides I refuse to go on are the ones with drops lol. Not a fan at all lol. And that blue tube slide with the sharks, just because that one is flat out dangerous

I havent paid to go there in years lol. I went senior year of high school on a school trip, and now I only go for ice cream because they have Dippin Dots

Yeah I'm literally right down the road from Adventureland. Everything I need is on 110

Melville, Dix Hills is next town over. 2 minute drive down the road and I'm in Dix Hills lol

yeah true. I'm basically smack in the center. Best thing about it is the convenience. 5-10 minutes away from anything I'll ever need here (supermarket, movies, mall, highway, etc)

 

 

 

Long Island is likely where we'll end up. Close enough to the city that I could still commute without issue or work within driving distance. Most of my family also lives in Eastern Suffolk county. We'll probably look in western Suffolk or eastern Nassau depending on the housing available. Buyers market now, so we're hoping in a year or two when we start looking things are still relatively cheap.

 

I'm in western Suffolk. Houses in my area are fuckin expensive lol. And the property/school taxes are just as high.

Her family lives in Horseheads. Shitty town, but near Watkins Glen and the like. Not bad, but meh. I guess I wouldn't be totally opposed to it.

 

Better than Binghamton, I guess. Looks like Long Island, but greyer and uglier

Scenery isn't nearly as beautiful. Alaska is gorgeous.

Just move upstate lol. The winter is just as brutal (or in your mind, perfect) and you can still go to hockey games

They came out awesome but dont look as nice because its harder than it seems to coat the oreo balls. Next time we'll use a deeper bowl so we can drop the oreo ball in and scoop it out instead of rolling it around

I made an omelette with grilled chicken in it for brunch. I think thats ethically wrong, but it tasted good
