Either way I'm glad I ordered the gloves because the 15% off deal ended yesterday. Got them for $75 shipped :cool: They're exactly like the Bauer's, and they're pro stock. I can't see anything being wrong with them unless the color doesn't match the jerseys :(

And that's why my dad literally bought my brother and I goaltending for dumbies. I mean I know what I need to do to correct my rebound control, I just have to practice it. Too many times I'm worried about just stopping the puck instead of directing it where I want it to go (the corners, up in the netting, out of the zone, etc). I need to concentrate and know I'll stop it and start focusing on putting it in those spots. Also, if I had a defense that cleared the puck from the front of the net...:D

I mean I taught myself everything I know from watching the NHL on TV and practicing my butterfly and working on my reflexes as much as possible. It's a little late to make anything of it, so being a backup this spring and summer and going away to school where I can hopefully make the club team will be good enough to hold me over until I graduate and enter 'the real world'. Why the hell did I apply as a "Business Management" major? I don't even know what I'd do with that.

Man I wish I started playing goalie at a younger age. I mean I'm decent now after what, four games of ice experience? Imagine if I had four or five years under my belt. Maybe I'd get a strong look on a club team instead of BSing and hoping I'll make it when I transfer :p The one thing I wish I did as a kid, though my dad never would've supported that. Equipment is expensive.
I mean, three years of roller and three years of street definitely helped.

Considering I'm already 19 and Michael is 8 and plays goalie in an organized league and I've played goalie in ice hockey maybe four times, Michael definitely has the better chance to make it to the NHL haha

Actually...since they're the same company and I decided to actually check what size gloves I'm buying, I should be ok. They're 13", yet the 14.5" gloves that are brand spankin' new in my house are way too big. Buying them now, they're gonna look fresh :D
