  1. RT by Chris Johnston @BergerNeueLZ: Raphael Diaz will report to Hartford, but his camp plans to ask for a release if he isn't back in the #NHL within one month. #NYR #EVZug
  2. Congrats. Best of luck. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/09/08/99b640330889cdc4a664f0d97dd48e87.jpg
  3. http://www.wsj.com/articles/a-p-files-for-chapter-11-bankruptcy-1437391572 Going to be the end of an era and the start of a drastic sea change in the industry.
  4. Sorry to hear of the loss of your grandfather man, I understand the feeling. Grandma that lived with me passed away two weeks ago. She was sick for a long time and my Mom was her primary caretaker. The end was very hard and when it happened I felt like I got hit with a pound of bricks. Had same issue with family spread out as well in terms of planning and it was a tough situation considering size of family . So much it that had been a big part of my life for last 2 years. If you need someone to talk to, I'm all ears.
  5. Today is four years since passing of Boogaard. Man where did the time go?
  6. Oh I enjoy a good story, I was just agreeing with the fact that enjoy less emphasis on the larger guys.

  8. To me i always enjoyed the athletic part of wresting and the technical aspect. The guys that made it look seamless. Yeah a jackhammer on a guy like Kevin Nash is impressive, but I'll take the work of guys like Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko, Y2J, Bret Hart, Christopher Daniels, AJ Styles, and so on over Cena and company. I've said it before but I got into wrestling because of WCW's Crusierweight and Light Heavyweights in addition to Sting etc. That's what drove me to TNA early on.

  10. Yeah, even if they want to ignore his WCW stuff, he was a very influential guy during the NWA and Jim Crockett days. But yeah McMahon is arrogant because Sting was one of the biggest draws in wrestling period. At the height of the Monday Night Wars, people were more interested in guys like Sting than The Rock, Stone Cold and a number of the other major guys the WWF had at the time. The fact that he was able to be such a decisive and interesting character without speaking in a time where cutting promos were the new big thing to do is amazing. To me, I look at Sting a lot like I look at Chris Jericho for the most part as a truly underrated worker who doesn't get the total credit he deserves.
