Anyone watch this yet on Netflix? It was a pretty good documentary on the Danbury Trashers, has some familiar faces in it too. I recommend watching.

I feel so bad for these people. Thank god the levies held up and we didn’t have another Katrina. I couldn’t imagine going through that. A cop working down there posted a video from inside the precinct, he said it was sustained winds of 85 mph, absolutely crazy.

At this point, I’d rather move on from him and go with who we have. With training camp about to start, a move like this would IMO disrupt the team chemistry, especially since he wouldn’t be playing for a couple of months.

Hard to say who will be able option for Hartford until after camp, but I'd imagine names like Barron, Gauthier, and Pajuniemi are all options.

Not soon enough, it needs to come quicker.

We had looked into getting my son a chromebook, and we found it better to spend the extra money and get him a laptop. Chromebooks don’t have much memory in them, they aren’t made to store anything, it’s more internet based. We went with the laptop for him so he can do his reports on it, and he has his music now on it, he is 11.

Where does he fit though?

So sad to hear. Met him a couple of times at MSG and he was always so nice to everyone. My wife ran into him in an elevator at MSG, she was taking my son up to our seats and he had a cast on because he had broken his leg. Rod was so nice to him and was asking about him. RIP Mr Ranger!!

I was confused as well in thinking he was a center, but he is listed as a wing.

I get why Buch had to be traded, but the return is a little underwhelming. Hope this leads to better things to come.

This is so sad. I just read an article that they did an autopsy today on him, and they are saying now that he didn’t fall and hit his head, but that he was hit in the chest with a firework while in the hot tub. So terrible to hear.

Hearing rumors that Anaheim seems to be the likely spot having the number 3 overall pick. The only hold up is who is going the other way player wise. I’d rather see them get Eichel. Rumors of Tarasenko being available makes me want to make a move for him instead of Eichel.

My main issue with Eichel is the surgery he is going to get and what kind of player he will be afterward. No NHL player has had this kind of surgery.

I really hope he beats this. He is a good dude, so sad to hear about this.

Glad they hired him. Now we need to get through this summer and get the season started and see what he can do with this team.

They are such sick jets, along with the Blue Angels. They usually fly over my house every Memorial Day Weekend for the show, missed them the past 2 years now.

I don't think it was a lack of leadership in the players, but more of a fucked up season this year. Between the ADA/Gergiev fight, Panarin having his issue, injuries and Covid, I think it just took a toll on the team as a whole. For years we've heard how great Kreider and Zib are in the locker room, I don't think you lose it. I think there is a lot of good leadership in that locker room. Kreider, Zib, Fox, Laf, Trouba. Anyone of them I would be fine with giving the C to.

Jarry is terrible. How were the Pens the number 1 seed. Now they are forcing me to root for Boston.
