Karan
NYI win this handily. Surprised EDM couldn't even get a pick or prospect in addition to Strome who has potential but has only hit 50 points once.

Now the Islanders still have Hamonic to trade for another forward
Cash or Czech
I was completely expecting Hamonic. Though Strome is high skill, high potential, relatively young so it's not the worst return. This is why NYI traded so much to keep their forwards. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
Myusername
Eberle is good but somewhat overrated. Definitely the better player right now though
Phil
I can't believe this is one-for-one. Chiarelli is awful.
Cash or Czech
I can't believe this is one-for-one. Chiarelli is awful. The only benefit is the salary cap space that he now has to go after free agents. Eberle was definitely a buy low option. josh
Eberle blows. He'll put up decent numbers getting shifts with JT and "scorer" minutes. But he'll be -95 and invisible... as usual.
Phil
Maybe, but they still sold low on him.

Just to put things into perspective...Eberle was said to have a shitty anomaly of a year where he put up 51 points. Umm yeah that would've been a career year for Strome LOL Way too low... jjweimar
Islanders still gave up to much to make this possible look what they gave up at the draft de haan and strome were available Sent from my SM-G900V using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk

Hall for Larsson was actually a good deal. Larsson had a good year, and shored up a defense that desperately needed it.

Yeah in hindsight it worked out okey. But Hall had more value at the time and could have gotten a better D or atleast a pick/prospect with Larsson. But I exaggerated a bit, he has done some good moves aswell. Playing hardball with Gorton and got Talbot at cheap for once.
