NYRangers92
Looking to get a new TV for my dorm...figuring around 22-26 inches, dont want to spend more than around 250. Best Buy had some Dynex 26 inch, selling the floor model for like 225 or so. Anyone with good recommendations?

Jules
Samsung. Of the cheaper brands, they are by far the best.

Phil
"Good" and "Cheap" tend to negate one another, but at the rate that HD televisions have dropped in price over the last few years I am almost certain you can find a pretty solid deal on a smaller size for very close to that number. My suggestion is to hit up a spot like PC Richards or Sears or any of the larger dealers who are going to have wider selections.
NYRangers92
yeah I'll probably do so next week. I was only at Best Buy to look at a Kindle and decided to see what they had in tvs on the way out

NYRangers92
really silly question. This seems fine to use as a TV even though it says monitor, right? Could get it for 200 at BJs http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/monitors/LS22PTNSF/ZA-features

NYR2711
Vizio. This. They are actually Sony. LG is good as well. You can probably get the best price from Costco. Most of the new brand names are owned by the big name companies now.
