PSG has shelled out money and soul like shit this season. It's totally insane and helps ruining many other teams, cause player prices get totally inflated.

 

totally agree...it's absurd the amount they're paying for players....absurd.....

is the French league actually competitive?

 

some decent teams in it...PSG is trying to build a team to dominate and compete in Europe, but they had been blindly spending money...now, they're TRYING to make deals that fit their needs, but they're still a bit away.....and clubs like Lyon and Marseille are so well-run that they don't need to, nor do they spend anywhere near as much money as PSG and they compete for the league every season....

 

some great talent comes through the French league...GREAT, but ultimately it just falls short of being a top league in the world....i'd say if you have to really rank it, it's probably the 5th best league in the world at the moment...

i agree...while it was nice to be able to see the Galaxy games when he was around in NY, it's nice to see his ambition is still there playing for a European club on the rise....

Becks is signing with PSG today...as long as Zlatan isn't a bitch about sharing the limelight, and understands just how much better Becks' service could make him, things should work out well
