Phil
Disney+ is going big on Star Wars and Marvel. Disney revealed during an investor presentation Thursday that over the next few years it is planning to launch ten Star Wars series on Disney+, as well as ten Marvel series on the streaming service. While eight Marvel Studios shows are already known to be in development, the news of ten Star Wars series marks a serious ramping up for the franchise. The Mandalorian has emerged as the banner carrier for Star Wars at a time when the franchise's big-screen future has been in flux. Season two is airing currently, with other series known to be in development including an Ewan McGregor Obi-Wan series and Diego Luna's Rogue One prequel. Little has been publicly revealed about those big-screen plans, but it is known that Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige is developing a project as a producer, and that Thor: Ragnarok filmmaker Taika Waititi and Sleight director J.D. Dillard are developing Star Wars movies as directing vehicles. The Last Jedi filmmaker Rian Johnson has long been attached to his own trilogy. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/disney-plans-10-star-wars-and-10-marvel-series-over-next-few-years?utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter

BrooksBurner
I'd trade all of it for them to re-do the latest trilogy instead.

Sharpshooter
I'd trade all of it for them to re-do the latest trilogy instead. Pretty much this. But, regarding all of these Star Wars and Marvel series coming, holy crap that's a lot of content.

Sharpshooter
It's hard to decide which I'm more excited for, the Star Wars shows, or the Marvel shows. But, it's a very exciting time to be a fan of both. I'm really looking forward to that Obi-Wan series. Ewan MacGregor is awesome, and did really well in that role in the prequel movies, I thought. NYR2711
What an amazing ending, wow. I also liked the bonus at the end for the Boba Fett series. Its gonna be interesting to see how season 3 will go, still so many things left unclear. Sucks season 3 won't be until next Christmas.
Sharpshooter
That one Boba Fett episode earlier in the season and this finale were some of the best Star Wars things ever produced. That was amazing. I'm really stoked as to where the Mandalorian goes from here and the Boba Fett series. That Skywalker CGI is basically the same thing they did in the Rogue One movie for Princess Leia.
