  1. Not too bad of a period overall. All you wimps throwing in the towel need to remember this is a must win for Carolina. In front of the home fans. They needed to have their best period of the series. And despite their best, they're only up 1-0. That too with a lucky deflection. The Rangers have to be feeling fairly good going into the 2nd and turning the tide.
  2. This is way way way too easy for Kochetkov. Way to ease him into it with some gimmies.
  3. Great possession time, but everyone just seemed out of position and a step too slow.
  4. Yea, pretty soft start by the Rangers. No push back. Hopefully they can capitalize on this PP, or worst case get out down only a goal and regroup for the second.
  5. Terrific save! Now fucking pick up the pace and get back into this one.
  6. FARG! Guentzel again. Always getting fucked by the same play when its this line.
  7. Nice about time they called embellishment on Svech, that fucking diver.
  8. Huh, a "backup" that played in 42 games this year? lol Rangers will be fine. Kochetkov is a capable starter/1A goalie, Andersen was on a decent run lately but Canes probably just want to try something different to spark the team.
  9. Scoring first and capitalizing on any PP opportunities while (hopefully) shutting them down on their PP, will really frustrate the shit out of them and likely open up mistakes and scoring chances for the Rangers. Stay patient, don't get sucked into the penalty box parade, stick to the plan...and we put them on the brink tonight.
  10. If Freidman's intel from earlier the week holds true, Marner is next.
  11. Ballsy move by Tocchet keeing Silovs in at 4-1 and letting him battle back and the team rally around him.
