Anyone else watch the Blue Jackets game against the Flames in Calgary last night? Incredibly emotional pregame ceremonies for Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau. Both teams wore Number 13 Gaudreau jerseys for warm ups. The entire family was there. They came out for the ceremonial puck drop and we’re greeted at center ice by both teams. Tribute video was very well done. Johnny Gaudreau was named the #1 star of the game. Just a very emotional scene. Good job by the Flames, and by Columbus as well. That couldn’t have been an easy game to play at all. And the irony? It was the Flames 13th home game of the season.

Caught the Islanders/Habs last night.  Good hitting and fast pace with not a lot of scoring chances.  It was kinda fun to watch 2 teams play a hard hitting, low chance "non-pond-hockey" game.

 

Habs grabbed it in OT (Suzuki with a rebound that bounced off a skate and right back to him).
