It is and a day later it's all fine and dandy, but my heart was pounding hard through the game. Too much a reminder of some BS losses last year. lol

If we ever actually make the big show I probably need to take some valium before the game or something. Getting too old for this shit.😂

It's even funnier, as I was talking with a frustrateed Packers fan on a german message board and he was asking me what game I was watching, when I mentioned still being nervous about winning being up 28-7 and then 5 minutes later it's suddenly 28-22. 😂

It's been like that all around the NFL of late.  It's like you never see a team clamp it down anymore, and there have been very few runaway games.  I suppose that's the parity in the NFL, and any team seems they can win on "any given Sunday".  That being said, I really loved Jefferson's TD where he stole the ball away!  That guy is a beast.

We have Devonte Adams, but no one to get him the ball.....like.....ever!

I hope you guys have a good season, Dreamer....it's not going to get much better in my neck of the woods, but I'll go down with the ship yet again, like I have since 1983!  LOL

Brace yourself, as Adams just asked to be traded after your GM like a post on instagram that talked about Adams having played his last down as a Raider.

Let's see if they get the Jets to cough up something so he can play with Rodgers again. lol

I am fine with just a good season for now, stuff all those pre-season takes into everyones throats that thought this team would finish 4th in the Division.

I smell a bad deal coming up.

Garrett Wilson for Davante Adams and a 1st round pick bad.

If we can get something really good back for him, I'll be all in.  I quite frankly thought he was a bit of a diva.  It's not like we'll be any worse without him.  We stink right now anyway.  We've ALWAYS stunk....maybe this is the best way to get better, by unloading our unhappy stars for upcoming players that actually wanna play!

5-0, but showing some cracks on the offensive side, granted there's not that many Defenses as strong as the Jets, but still.

Darnold looked rattled after that hit early on, that had him miss a play, he also focused too much on Jefferson and Addison today, he's much better when he spreads the ball around.

Aaron Jones got injured and took the running game with him, making us one-dimensional and that really didn't look good.

Still won though.

Good thing that we have a Bye now.

Darnold is a decent QB who needs a lot of support.

The guy I saw on Sunday looked like the QB the Jets had after Jones went down.

Justin Jefferson...."accept no substitute!"

Dude's a gamer!  Hang tough, Dreamer!  I see good things for you guys this season!

My fucking team couldn't tackle a girl scout troop!

2-3 and headed right where we always end up.....LAST!

We never took care of the QB position...Minshew was totally NOT the fucking answer.  Maybe we can win the "Arch Manning" sweepstakes!

I will continue to take it game to game. Have seen too much shit over the years.

Only 8 teams (or something like that) missed the playoffs, after starting 5-0, the Vikings are two of them.

Well. Had to happen eventually, we lost. Still, unlike a certain NFC East team we didn't get blown out.

Lions showed the holes in Flores Defense.

You guys are still looking good, Dreamer.  All my best the rest of the way!

On the other hand we have my puking, filthy, fucking Raiders....the only good thing I can say about the Raiders this week, is that at least we're not the Jets!!!  😃

No really, I feel bad for the Jets fans...Now you have 2 prima donna's;  Rodgers, and Davonte!  Once the Jets all return from injury they should be a better team.  They're missing something like 300 starting players or something like that!!  LOL

Could be worse than the Jets, you could be the Browns. lol

The Browns are a better franchise than the Jets right now.

The burning dumpster fire that will have the shell of DeShaun Watson on the books for years to come?

Better than the Jets at this point.  They've been a dumpster fire for nearly a decade and they will be a total dumpster fire again as soon as Rodgers is not in the picture.  They're just a dumpster fire with him playing QB.  They will be the stinkiest cloyingest dumpster fire as soon as he is gone.

I recognize that I have very strong opinions on the Jets.  50+ years of being a Jets fan entitles me to every one of those opinions and also to a few that I don't make but which obviously cripple the Jets.

I mean I get it, but outside like 1 season with Baker, the Jets have been a dumpster fire ever since I started watching the NFL and the Jets at least had some Playoff wins in that time.

Meanwhile my team will inevitably manage to add a third 5-0 start that will see them miss the Playoffs. They are now on total implosion course, Defense regressing, Offense can't do shit in the 2nd half and the Starting LT is now out for who knows how long.

I flipped over in between periods and after the Rangers game was over and it looked like the Vikes just ran outta gas, Dreamer.

Why did they stop throwing the ball to Jefferson?  He had something like 9 catches through the first 2 quarters.  I get your point with the defense though, woooof!  That's Raider-like what I saw there in the 2nd half!

Hang tough man!  Big rebound incoming next game!

I have no real clue, but I noticed some trends under the current staff.

They start fast usually and then stop scoring when the scripted plays ran out, was the same with Cousins, they would score early on and then disappear offensively.

Brian Flores has some tricks to hide the flaws of the defensive personell, but once those are known a competent offense will take them apart. Especially when the front can't get pressure on the QB, the Backfield is just bad.

Overall that wouldn't bother me much, I expected a transition year after all with Darnold at QB, but they just had to start 5-0 and create some hope for a good season.

Darnold is a mobile QB from a past age.  He uses his mobility to extend plays but mostly not to gain yards himself.

His accuracy is actually not that good and I suspect the Vikings have at least a couple of receivers with expanded catch boxes to throw too.  He can look really good when his receivers are catching balls they probably shouldn't have.

Darnold can definitely play for you guys in the playoffs but he isn't going to take you there.  You need something else to get you there.

For years I thought it was all about Tom Brady and Bill Belichik.  The losses large and small over the years.  However it's clear now that Brady and Belichik had nothing to do with the fact that the Jets just could not beat the Pats.  It was all about the Jets.

Not GOAT Brady.  Not Supersquirrel Belichik.  Just the Jets sucking so bad you couldn't lose to them.

Shockingly firing Saleh wasn't the answer 0-3 since and against weaker opponents as well.

The problem on the Jets this season is all wrapped up in the offensive complex.  But there's always a problem and it always cripples the team as a whole.  It's been 12 out of the last 14 seasons.  That's just too much failure.  A fish rots at the head.
