QUOTE(S) TO NOTE:

“Sometimes you have to work for the luck. Maybe it’s not luck, it’s just working. Sometimes it’s coming easier, sometimes you have to work a little harder, but today we play good consistently the whole game and I think we deserved the two points.”

  • Phil changed the title to [RS] (#43) Rangers vs. Dallas Stars — The Paradox of Nil-ism

Thankfully the extra point from the MIN game didn't go to anyone in the Metro, but I'd love to see this team continue to roll. They're playing with such fucking confidence.

I've been under hockey rocks - what's the deal with Kreider and the GOAT?

OP says DTD - got it.

Need another 2.

If you peek at the standings it's safe to say the ship has turned around from the first quarter of the season. We were the best team in the league in Q2. The story now is to forget about Q2 and grind out this dogfight for the next quarter. We're not going to dominate the whole league all year but we should focus on grinding out the points here to make sure we set ourselves up for a strong finish to make the dance.

I think Goat's good to go.  Kreider has a shoulder injury.

Yukon's taking CK's spot and making him a 3rd liner, after he reels off a hat trick tonight and goes on a tear for 11 goals in 5 games....

Man!  That LSD works pretty quick, eh?  LOL

It annoys me that Dallas is having such a good season a year after barely making the playoffs. It’s because we have their pick.

Ha! Thought the same when I put the GDT together.

"Why the hell couldn't they have had the Stars' pick when they were shittier?"

LSD is… Igor potting a hat-trick as LAF gets a BJ from Gallant while standing behind the bench during a NYR PK with Sam stuttering and speechless while his toupee goes askew - all of it visible on high-def TV! That’s tripping. LOL

That does not sound like a "Must see TV!"...

If Jake L...whatever plays, take a shot every time Sam calls him Curtis?

I think it's in there already with "Calling a player by the wrong name"...but I have to check.

That rule kills me pretty much every game!!!  That, and "WHAT A SAVE, SHESTERKIN!!!!"

Joe:  ...I think it hit the post, Sam

Nils Lundkvist -  Hey @josh...

Drinking game tonight???  😉

Does he get a "thanks for the memories" video? Will Sam Rosen extoll how much he's missed and babble on at length about him? And will he score his 5th goal of the year?
