Been paying attention to this one. What an absolute shameful approach to a softball question. 

And yeah, the dude who tried to bail him out was his son, CEO of the Hawks…who the question was actually directed at.

Impossible. The article claims miscommunication, but how does that make no one culpable? Either Beach never relayed his claims or wished to keep them quiet at the time. Something seems amiss.

I think the report did just identify that no rules were broken at the time, which of course means the rules were garbage.
