Aside from saving our shit right there, Miller has seemed more solid over the last few games. More confident, more decisive on D. Maybe partly for the increased time and need to step up w/o Foxy.

Weak effort, take the two points, but this team is going nowhere with the inconsistencies which have become like clockwork. Sam and Joe becoming more clueless and out of touch with each passing game. Beyond annoying.

The Kings just beat the Penguins, Kraken just beat the Penguins yesterday in ot. This is the NHL. You aren't going to roll teams on most nights. Sometimes it won't be pretty.

Through the whole Quinn era, we talked about the kids "learning how to win," the assumption being that wasn't when you were blowing someone out but when within reach and you have to grab it . I'll take it.

This game - if anything - should be an indicator that we need to go after yanni gourde with all guns blazing and use our prospect pool to do so. With Schneider’s emergence we have at least three or four high high quality d prospects to leverage for the right deal here and we should do so.

There's something that you count on, like being consistently inconsistent. Luckily, they went against the clock and won today.
