Sorry.... the group I was referring to are teams that all qualified on the same day (US, Costa Rica, Italy, Netherlands, Argentina). Different confederations/qualifying routes. Ba Ba Bluey
wow kinda surprised here that there is no talk about the USA-Mexico game last night and that the U.S. qualified for the World Cup Whenever I bring it up nobody ever really responds... fletch
Arsenal is on course to win 10 games in a row. ?zil is magic. Ozil is a freak. He's SO FUCKING GOOD Cautiously starting to believe. This team attacks with ferocity and creativity. If Arsenal keeps scoring 2-3 goals a game, defensive holes less apparent since clean sheets aren't always necessary. Waiting to see what standings look like Jan 1.
Cash or Czech
Manchester City loses badly to Bayern in Champs League, and ManU give up a second half goal and drop two points.

What impresses is that they don't panic. Down 1-0? Stay the course. 0-0 after 60 minutes? Stay the course. So far, doing so has led the great results roll in. Wenger and the team know they don't need many moments to make the difference and the team is good enough to not rely on the youth, but to develop them. What a difference an ?zil makes. LindG1000
The craziest thing about Arsenal is that they're one game away from getting to the international break and bringing back Cazorla, Walcott, Ox and Poldi.

H-Dreamer
Platini has some "brilliant" new plans to make things more exciting (aka get more $$$): A League for all european national teams, with different Divisions is to replace friendlys and other games. So kinda a Champions League for national teams. Also he wants to issue "Wild Cards" for 4 non-european teams to participate in EURO 2020....., so European Champion Brasil possible. Brilliant. Of course this is only planning stage, but still....who needs this shit?
Albatrosss
He's taking it from the US and what they did with european club friendlies here in the summer. Might not be a bad idea, adds little more excitement to friendlies. I, for one, never liked nor watched any friendlies. Whats the point?
H-Dreamer
I would be happy to get rid of those friendlys, just don't add another dumb tournament and don't invite non-europeans to the EURO. There already is a tournament for Europe to compete with those other continents, it's called the "World Cup".
