  1. Welcome to the 2023-24 Power Rankings! If you are not familiar with power rankings, it is a rating system that analyzes the results of sports competitions to provide objective ratings for each player. Use your own objectives to make your changes to the rankings. Always use the most recent power rankings list provided by the post directly before yours when making your adjustments. How It Works: I will provide the initial power rankings based on the opening night roster. This season, each poster will be able to make 2 (TWO) moves per game in which you can move a single player up or down 2 (TWO) slots, or move 2 players 1 slot each. Any inactive or non-roster player (those sent back to Junior or assigned elsewhere) will no longer be eligible for the power rankings. In the event a player is re-assigned, they will be removed from the rankings and backfilled by the players behind them. If they return, they will return to the same ranking position they left at, with all backfilling players again bumping down one position. We STRONGLY DISCOURAGE piggybacking any player(s). It's not a rule, just a suggestion, but no player should be moved more than 3 (THREE) slots per game. This isn't a serious thread, but it is fun, so please take it somewhat seriously and don't intentionally sabotage the game for the rest of the forum. Comments regarding your moves are encouraged. Extended discussions about others' moves are prohibited. If you feel that strongly about any given player, open a new thread on them and let the forum have a discussion about it.
