Anybody know how much ice time Chytil had?

I have a sneaking suspicion he's not even able to play in this league yet, which is fucking hilarious when you think about how the big club had him pencilled in as the 2C.

Not the kids fault, he's a kid, but pretty concerning to me.

Was third line center first game. based on what I've read and a few highlights - he was a little timid, took a couple of penalties, but showed some skill. last night, his line was labeled the 2nd line. Seems like they had a solid game and Chytil was pretty good, scoring and registering 2 assists.

I'm really in to the Pack this year because the Rangers are awful, but, good lord does their App suck balls. Minor League baseball is easy, and fun, for me to follow because their App is good. The AHL? It looks, and feels, like a High School project.

AHL app is terrible. I've had it for a few years. It's like...difficult to find ANYTHING, though I haven't looked at it in a while. I remember having trouble finding rosters and scores...seriously.
Like, I don't remember what I was able to find in the app, but it wasn't the HAR roster and it wasn't the score of the games...
    Out: Girardi, Klein, Stepan, Raanta
    In: Shattenkirk, Desharnais, Pavalec, DeAngelo/Bereglazalov/Pionk

3 point night for Chytil yesterday. 8 points now in 6 games

For an 18 year old that's a badass start to his pro career. If the Rangers didn't suck so much I'd say he would probably be ready to help us half way into the season, but at this point I would just let him develop down there for a whole season

Someone posted on the other board that he's the youngest player in the AHL in nearly 40 years... guy JUST turned 18 in September.

As shitty as this team has been, the future looks promising with Shesterkin, Chytil and Andersson. If they play their cards right in this draft they may get away with a quick rebuild

Yeah, even if this season tanks, assuming they move Nash, Grabner, and the rest of the UFAs for picks, they're likely going to end up with four first-round picks in two years, plus whatever else they can net in additional deals. That's a solid start on a rebuild.

I’d be stunned if the Rangers did that. When was the last time they rebuilt properly?

If they're honestly out of it, why wouldn't they? The only way I can see this being an issue is if they're a couple of points out of eighth, in which case, yeah, they'll gun to make the playoffs (even though that's stupid).

Chytil still hurt, and I cant find anything on it.

Lettieri is scoring, which is nice, but it doesn't seem like any of Graves, Pionk or DeAngelo are having much of an impact.

    Lettieri had 3 points, too.

Gropp is a total bust thus far. Too bad.

If Chytil goes over a PPG in the AHL as an 18 YO (Just 18!) I bet he would be a top 5 pick in this years draft, if not top 3.

Lettieri probably deserves a shot with the big club, but he's a victim of the numbers game at the moment.

He was a total product of Barzal. The numbers always showed it.
