Cristoval starting to pick up the pace a little bit.
After being shuffled around the Mich lineup, he seems to have settled in the last few months.
22 pts in 26 games, and better then a PPG pace since xmas.
Nice to see him back on track somewhat after last year.
BOO WORKING ON TAKING THAT NEXT STEP

"The most important thing, though, was that I always just loved playing hockey as a kid. Even now, even when I am off the ice or in the off season. I am always thinking about hockey."
Nieves is still full of boyish enthusiasm, but he has a mature approach to the coming season, his final year of college eligibility. He has filled out into a more solid 6-foot-3, 200-pound frame, and is focusing on becoming stronger and even better conditioned.
He knows that he needs to show what kind of professional NHL prospect he is this season, and definitely made a big impression already this summer on Gordie Clark, the Rangers Director of Player Personnel, who declared that Nieves was the most impressive player at the team's recent Prospects Development Camp...
He expects more offensive contributions during his senior season, one that will see him proudly wearing a letter on his Wolverine's jersey.
"I think it's awesome for me," Nieves said of the honor. "I think it's a big challenge for me on top of trying to be one of the better players on our team. Now I'll also get the chance to help lead our team on and off the ice."
Good to hear he has his head on straight.
Hope he realizes what the going through the process here entails. Some time in Hartford and some time back and forth on Amtrak."This is definitely the biggest and most important year I've ever had in my hockey career," stated a more serious Nieves. "This year could really launch me into a really good position with New York; but I'm doing my best to just focus on the here and now. I feel like if you look down the road then you are not in the present and not taking care of the important things that help make you successful. But I am aware what a big year this is for me."
I hope 17 isn't a defensemen.
Let's Go Rangers!
He boo right by that guy.
Feel like this guys been in college forever
Covering Big Apple game at MSG tonight and interviewing Boo post game. If anyone has a question they'd like to get the answer to about him I can ask and see what he says.
“Practice isn't the thing you do once you're good. It's the thing you do that makes you good.”- Malcolm Gladwell
It has, but why ask him that? I'm sure he's doing his best. That question is for the people that drafted him.
