Fuhgeddaboudit
Hey, Looking for the Godfather trilogy IN ITALIAN. It's for my grandfather and he keeps asking me to get it from netflix but they only have the English version. I've been looking on amazon and ebay but can't find anything at all. DVD would be much better than blue-ray since he doesn't have a blu-ray player.
NYRangers92
Cant you just change the subtitles to Italian on the dvd? Unless thats what you mean, as I now see most of them dont have an italian option\ found part 2 in italian so far: http://www.amazon.com/Godfather-Part-Two-Disc-Widescreen-Edition/dp/B0007Y08MY/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1340554743&sr=8-10&keywords=the+godfather+trilogy+italian
Fuhgeddaboudit
I guess I could do that, but it's always nicer to listen to the language than reading it. Thanks for that link. Do you mind me asking what you typed in? Probably just "the godfather" but just in case

Fuhgeddaboudit
yeah maybe amazon.it has it or something which i have to check. I think there are a few italian stores near my house that might have them too actually. I can always check out those too. You think Best Buy or Target or any of those stores might have it? Keirik
In Italian, the Godfather is called Il Padrino. http://www.amazon.com/Padrino-Trilogia-Ed-Restaurata-Blu-Ray/dp/B0041KW1BG/ref=sr_1_2?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1340555852&sr=1-2&keywords=il+padrino http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dmovies-tv&field-keywords=il+padrino Hope that helps, 3 years of Italian in high school finally pays off. Fuhgeddaboudit
LOL, yeah I took Italian myself. Just never thought I could actually find that version by typing the Italian version. Most of them are blu-ray and if they aren't.. they are DVD which have region codes saying they won't work on most DVD players so I guess i might have to invest in a blu-ray player as well for my grandfather to use those. :/ Blah, Unless I move my ps3 once in awhile when he wants to watch them, but that's a friggen hassle
Keirik
Does it have to be the legal way? I mean, are you familiar with how to download and burn it onto a dvd and that kind of stuff?

CreaseCrusader91
It is a program that does "things". There are tons of informative pieces on the interwebs but posting said credentials could get one potentially infracted. It is self explanatory so I innocently will said, Google it. :D

Phil
Just an FYI, the conversation here is fine, but do not post links to illegal content in this thread. PM that information to one another.
momentum
Just get your grampa a dvd player that plays all region codes, they're cheap to order on the internet totally legally, that's what I did so i can get movies from Sweden and shit for my kids to watch. That way you simply have to get the italian dubbed version from italy or somewhere here they sell it and use it on the international dvd player. Sure there are other italian movies he would enjoy as well.
