All is forgiven if it's Dru Krebs.

 

I am mostly joking... if defense is BPA then go for it.

 

I actually have no problem with them using the pick if nothing worthwhile is on the trade table. I figure who ever they draft they can take their time to develop. 2 seasons of juniors and a season in the AHL, who knows where this team will be then. Never hurts to have talent and options in the system.

I mean, Dru Krebs is very much not a first-round pick. His mother is, though.

Gorton has class; sure he’ll handle it well. First time seeing or hearing him since he got fired.

 

I’m stunned. I never assumed we’d make this pick tonight. Like, I don’t know anything about these prospects because I assumed the pick would get traded.

 

Obviously it still might be. But we will see.
