We have a decent shot at finishing 18th in the league (same as last year I think). Go get em slats !

 

If they finish 18th, they draft 15th. So I'm wondering how the draft lottery will work...I know a team can't move up more than 10 spots, but I'm unclear if that means the Rangers won't be involved in the lottery, or if they will and have a chance to move up to 5th.
