QUOTE(S) TO NOTE:

[td=align: center]

"We've talked about this, New Jersey, Buffalo, the teams that are out of it, they're going to play their asses off, and if we think it's going to be easy, we're sadly mistaken. I wasn't surprised with the pushback we got from them."

Zero excuses. I don’t want to hear it. No business losing any of the next four three two this game. Zero. None. I don’t care about rivalry or anything.

Kreider. Step the fuck up. Ziby? Step the fuck yup. Strome? Step the fuck up. Everyone. Step. The. Fuck. Up.

I assume it will be Georgiev's game, and a very big one for him. Perhaps the near disaster in Game 3 will serve the purpose of waking the Rangers up going in.

Agreed, after crushing philthy for two losing the third game took the shine off

This close call is good for tomorrow

One more win here and I’m talking about playoffs this year. A playoff team doesn’t drop points against the garbage in the ice in nj- they show up and play four consistent 60m games. So far we’ve played almost that, so let’s do it again here and take home the 8/8

Playoffs will be impossible with no help.

Boston takes a 2+2 penalty, 5 minutes later they’re up 2-0...

Islanders is our only hope. Need help from philly today

We're going to get some "help" by default in the sense that the Isles and Bruins do have a game remaining against each other, but yeah, this is rough without the Caps or Pens or Flyers or Sabres stepping up.

Not much you can do to change the past though; just win the game in front of you and let the dominoes fall as they may.

Lol, even if by a miracle we win all of our games, Boston still needs to lose 4 games. Some help required. Tells you how bad it is when we could win out with 12 games left and still miss.

Well, is WAS lose today and rangers win, they’re only 10 points behind with a game in hand.

Someone has to lose points, so just win all the remaining games and they’re in.

Let's see if reality comes knocking again once we stop playing an AHL team 4 times in a row. There's a whole lot of what ifs to look back on but there's no value in doing so. It would be great to get something out of the 3rd line at some point, that would be a step forward.

here's a stat - rangers are 6th and 7th in the league for gf/g and ga/g. GF may be inflated a bit, but 7th in the league in GAA is strong. This season has really been about their lack of experience in tight games, and it shows. The future looks bright on broadway friends

If the Rangers win all their games, that means Boston automatically loses 2 and the Isles automatically lose 3. Just gotta keep winning. Its closer that it looks.
