Congrats Buch. Per Bill Pito, the player scoring the twenty-thousandth goal get a lifetime supply of Krispy Kremes.

That game looked like it was played on an Olympic sized rink. So much open ice. Heck, we were running and gunning up by two with less than 10 minutes to play. Slow down!

Really good game for Sheshty. Although he didn't really pay for it, on Sunday he was swimming and over committing a bit. None of that tonight. Very compact disciplined game.

Buffalo wilts in shootout. Dustin Tokarski obviously stopped doing us favors seven years ago.

Great for Shesterkin to finally get that first shut out behind him. I'm sure its been on his mind for quite some time, so he won't have that on his mind anymore. Much better defensive effort in the second half of the game. Despite some scares late while trying to preserve the shutout, they didn't give New Jersey much of anything in the third period. Good rebound game for Fox after one of his worst games on Long Island. Miller is amazing.

Also, screw you Buffalo. But, like Xander said, all they have to do is tie the Bruins which certainly increases the probability of "catching" them a bit.

If that's true, Lafreniere is absolutely devastated.
