injury report: Filip Chytil has ‘good chance’ to make Rangers return against Sabres

Filip Chytil may return to the Rangers lineup Tuesday against the Sabres following a 14-game absence.

 

“There’s a good chance he’ll play [Tuesday],” head coach David Quinn said following practice Monday afternoon, adding that the 21-year-old center is considered a “game-time decision.”

He was looking good and confident out there. It was the worst time for him to get injured just as you could see the confidence growing. Hopefully he comes back with the same moxie.

I'll give him 4 or 5 games to get back into game shape again, but this is a player with a very bright future here!
