Is it a possibility? Obviously things changed with drafting Kakko and Lafreniere.

I think you trade now when it?s high value, it?s just too much of the same and he?s taking away the ice time that Kakko and Laf need to get better IMO.
no.
Talk about premature unless you're talking about throwing a few more nails into the window frame of the window where we become serious contenders that's not even all that close to being open yet.

you want to trade a guy who's near the top of the league in MVP voting for two guys who have done absolutely nothing at this point in the NHL. Ok. Good luck with that thankfully I would give it 0.0 chance of happening over the next 5+ years.
This team is no where near being a contender, he?s about to start the downfall in age, he?s taking up ice time from both lottery picks, his value is at its highest now, maybe trading him is how you obtain another centerman. Not outlandish as you make it seem to be
I say this with all due respect and sincerity: LOL.

If I'm the Rangers I don't move panarin period. That kind of talent rarely comes around. If you want to give Lafreniere more ice team send Kreider packing. He's not worth the contract.
First off, their wouldn't be too many teams that can afford his $11.6 million contract.
2nd, Panarin isn't the problem of taking ice time away from Laf/Kakko, its Kreider.
3rd, having a legit 2nd line playmaking center doesn't help their cause either
Why something so drastic when you can just get rid of the wrong coach and keep our mvp talent?
Trade Panarin?
Put the crack-pipe down.
