    Parsley's Weather Forecast Thread

    In the wake of last weeks rain, along with upstream snowmelt.....another storm forecasted to bring heavy rain to the region Thursday and Friday will result in moderate to major flooding for many steams and rivers across eastern PA and interior northern NJ later this week. For areas closer to the coast, it will just be another rainstorm with a few inches of rain likely. Its interior areas located near streams and rivers that will be in big trouble if 3-6 inches of rain fall later this week as predicted by the computer models.

    Things do clear out for the weekend with a good deal of sunshine.

    Here are river forecasts.....some cities are forecasted to have moderate to major flooding (coded in orange and red). You can click on any one of them for predicted flooding levels.

    The "s" word is in the forecast for tonight. I LOVE snow. I think you all know that. But I'm in Spring mode. And I thought it was APRIL showers bring May flowers? WTF is up with all of this rain in MARCH!? If we're going to have April weather, then dammit, I want April's temperatures!!!!!!!!!!!

    Inland, (where I'm at)

    No big rains for you til later today, more so tonight and Friday morning. This will be a much wetter storm west of NYC.
