Great question considering they're apparently keeping Fleury. They moved Schmidt and now likely will exceed the cap within the margins due to Lehner's injury (LTIR). In other words, they'll be under the cap for now, to start the season, but will likely need to make another move to get under once Lehner appears healthy or on the verge of it.
