amazing career highlights here. At least they got something for nothing.

 

But in reality turning a 7th into a 60th is brutal and a perfect example of how not to do it.

Honestly, I'm happy they got any value for him. I know we can all lament turning a 7th overall into a 60th overall, but the guy was clearly done with this organization. His value was only going to continue to decrease.

 

As Drew said, his father is a scout for the LA Kings, so they're probably most equipped and willing to get him to come over to NA again.

Who is Will Cuylle?

 

Cuylle was born on February 5, 2002 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The 6’2” 201 lb. left wing got his start in Toronto Marlboros midget system before he was drafted #3 overall by the Peterborough Petes in 2018 OHL Selection Draft. Cuylle would never play a game for the Petes however as he refused to report to the team; eventually he was traded to the Windsor Spitfires for what would amount to nine draft choices!
