Drew a Penalty Posted September 30, 2020 Share Posted September 30, 2020 I probably have a bunch but a weird one sticks out to me. January 12, 2010. Lundqvist and Brodeur's dueling shutouts. It might've been a shootout loss but it was one of the greatest games I remember watching. Two of hockey's greatest goaltenders refusing to give an inch. That was peak Lundqvist. All of these are great. I'd also say any time he went up against Tim Thomas. Those were guaranteed snoozers but you also knew Lundqvist was going to keep them close.
