Lineup guesses are due before the draft starts. If the Rangers make a trade or roster move before then, you may edit, but any edits or submissions after 7PM on October 6 are expressly prohibited. They probably don't want to trade Lindholm, but this is a good offer for them to move on from Giordano (and his cap hit), retool, and shift into a new era. Lindholm is collateral damage. Giordano has taken a step back from the Norris season he had two years ago, and he'll be 37, but for the Rangers he'd be a perfect veteran bridge guy for two years while Miller/Jones/Robertson season. To Senators: Ryan Strome, Dal 3rd To Rangers: CBJ 2nd, Dal 2nd Senators have no forwards. Strome affordable for the Senators and expendable for the Rangers after acquiring Lindholm. UFA Signings Fast 3M x 3 years Craig Smith 4M x 3 years : a 20 goal scoring RW who can slot up and down the lineup. I suspect a guy like Kravtsov still needs to season, and Kakko is not a guarantee to be good. Jan Rutta 1.5M x 2 years : filler, and some competition for Lundkvist or depth in 2021.
