notice: New Avatars

I've added a bunch of avatars (and moved some of the old ones around as needed). There's an added 2020 Draft category and an updated Current Rangers section with plenty of new options available.

If you're unaware, or just need a refresher, you can update your avatar by clicking on Settings in the upper right, then navigating to Edit Avatar under My Settings. You can choose your category at the bottom of the page. It should auto-load with Current Rangers, so if you wish to select another category, just use the dropdown. Also, for larger collections, like Current Rangers, there are multiple pages of options. Be sure to scroll all the way through (lower right).
