For decades once the playoffs start usually anything short of really egregious is not a penalty. Nobody wants to see that. Canes just wanted it more and played better. Panarin ofcourse had to have his worst game as a rangers when the playoff started. Losing a one-goal game while going 0/7 on the PP with 2-3 SOG should be enough to fine the entire team. Fuck what a frustrating game.
