They shouldn't be concerned about the talent he brings, they should be worried about the cap hell coming their way, even if the Chiefs succeed in spite of this.

The Chiefs are in for a rude awakening once those contracts from other high-value players are up. But I guess you can't ask a guy who just won them a Super Bowl take a pay cut.

So 50.3M per season = 3.14M per game = 790K per quarter = 65K per minute of game time. He'd be in the yearly top 1% ($538+K) after about 8 minutes of game time.

I've read somewhere that this is the first time an NFL player has been the highest paid athlete in the world. That is just nuts if you think about it.
