Short term = 2/3 weeks. The next 2-3 weeks are make or break for our playoff chances, and with the Kreider re-sign they should be all in on making the playoffs. No Igor in the next 2-3 weeks is possibly the worst that could happen right now (besides Panarin and Mika injury).

 

Hank needs to step up big time now.

Guess Lundqvist will have to shut some doubters up. Strange that they extended Kreider after this. You'd think that keeping him meant they are pushing for this season. Maybe this makes Lundqvist or Georgievs value go up, as it seems the Rangers don't HAVE TO deal a goalie?
