It's also not fair to compare Chicago pizza to NYC pizza. They're not the same. In NY, you pick up a slice and eat it on your way to the subway. Or you get a pie to eat with your friends. Getting pizza in Chicago is a full-day endeavor. You get the family together. You truck all those little shits to the pizza factory. You find parking. You wait for 45 minutes before you're even seated. Most places will let you order your pizza during the wait time, so the wait time at the table is minimal (it takes 45 minutes to bake your shitty pizza).
