Are they saying there wasn't a fire watch, in over regulated France, on a job at the Notre Dame? I find that very hard to believe. Impossible, actually. So, assuming there was, how did it fail so bad?

Also, why would anybody trust the word of that government with its obvious agenda. Not so much different than the German rape cover ups and the English grooming gang debacles. These people go to extreme lengths to keep the locals docile.
Are there still a lot of protests going on over there? We're censored from that.

A fire alarm went off, they looked around and didn't see any fire. 23 minutes later a different fire alarm went off, they saw the fire and the fire fighters were called. So basically it started way up top in the attic where nobody would normally go and could easily have been started by someone snooping around in there undetected just like the fire source

eff waiting for the investigation, so if we're idly speculating...sure all kinds of folks with an agenda could be interested in arson at Notre Dame. Accidents happen at construction sites. And with hundreds of years of flammable material building up, probably wasn't exactly up to modern building code... sometimes bad things happen without someone actively trying to start a fire

To Dunny's point... there had to be fire prevention controls in place when they started renovating, so if it's an accident, it's carelessness or ineptitude. Or, it's arson - which lines up pretty well with what has happened there over the last two months or so.
We don't know yet. We know they were doing renovations around that exact area, and given the conditions, it's not a stretch to suggest an accident could have set it all off. Arson is a possibiity, too, but we have no reason (yet) to suspect it.
