Under better circumstances this is one of the games my son and I would attend but my heart?s not in it. Even with Dinosaur BBQ right next door it?s still not reeling me in. (Besides, the best Dinosaur location is still the original in Syracuse, NY) We save our Portuguese restaurant visits in Newark (Fornos, Casa Vasca or Iberia although Bresas in Elizabeth is on our radar) for Red Bulls season starting March 16.

I'm going with the "Yeah, we're gonna kill 'em" positive spin tonight too, but I hope we sink further down the chain.

I want that #1 or #2 pick in the draft this year....come hell or high blood pressure!

This team doesn't even suck....it swallows! ...and has absolutely ZERO entertainment value. At least back in the day, you'd get a fight or a small scrap....nope, just plain old dog shit.

The 25oz beers are a good plus though!

Lots of good places to eat in Newark the city is slowly coming along. Another choice is McGoverns a favorite of mine where I go for anything at the Prudential Center or NJPAC

Good night for a loss. Bottom of the table is slowly catching up.

I guess. This Devils lineup is actually worse than the Rangers lol.

But we're going to have to start getting comfortable with the fact that NJD, Philly, OTT, DET are all just as bad and all actively tanking. We're not going to catch more than 1 or 2 of them, not to mention LAK or CHI

It sucks losing and rooting for your team to lose, but when the puck is dropped I just can't root for the Rangers to lose.

Thx for the tip paddy. I’m having a difficult time ‘rooting’ for losses. I start the game looking for the W but if we’re down with 4 or 5 minutes to go I hope for the regulation loss. The next OT game I want to see is when we’re co tending for the Cup.

I'm with you guys! It does hurt to watch them lose, and rooting for them to tank is getting tougher by the week.

I'm going through this rebuild shit with my beloved Oakland (soon-to-be-Las Vegas) Raiders, and it's like pulling teeth! BUT THIS?!?!?!?

This is really HARD...this team is a part of my body, and it hurts to watch at times. I keep thinking better days are coming again one day, and even though I question that, I have to keep the faith, fellas. I don't like this particular team at all because I think they play like a bunch of chicks at a brownie convention, but I'm holding out for next season; I really would like to see a new direction and a new attitude towards winning.

This "Just fill the seats" and make a buck bullshit is gonna get old fast. That Flyers game was far from sold out the other night, and I gotta tell you, If it wasn't for being there with Robbie, I would've probably just gotten bored, and went to a strip club down the block for the 2nd half of the game. Besides, the chicks that swing on those poles hit fucking harder than any Rangers player.

...team's a bunch of Tampax wearing mutants...I just can't wait to trade this entire edition of "PUKE Inc."

The guy sitting next to me definitely would've went to the strip club with us. Pretty sure we made his night.

Some of those drunken one-liners went over pretty well!! That dude was pretty cool!

Hey Frank, I didn't even curse a lot!!!

Just a ton of female anatomy references!!
