    Actually the, NHL can't conceal a head injury. So there's that.

    And going through a concussion test only matters if you come out of the test with a concussion.

    This is much Ado about nothing and indeed a complete overreaction.

    What’s overreacting? Discussing a player that has a long history of head injuries by the age of 24 that had to go through a concussion test first day of camp, or better yet the first time he takes a hit? Somebody started a thread solely about this story. Basically the entire roster can be considered tradeable as the rangers try and rebuild. It’s not an overreaction to ask the simple question: does it make sense to include a player of zibs injury history into the long term plans of this team and as a key component of your new core?

    Pretty valid question, no?

    It certainly is required that a player must go through the protocol and cannot play if he doesn't pass, but I don't know if it is required that it be disclosed to the press.
