    Horrible season.

Need to improve OL AND D.

Iím ready for a new QB. Few free agents options although I like Foles (with our weapons in place) for a few years if attainable. Or look to the draft this year (Haskins) or next.

Giants inform Collins that they wont franchise him which will make him a free agent. The only problem I have with this is that they should've at least tried to trade him last year.

He absolutely should have traded him. Pro bowler going straight to FA with the Giants having nothing to show for it is unacceptable. I've already accepted the fact they're going with one more year of Eli, but this is awful asset management by Gettleman.

He's not worth the franchise tag but they could've at least gotten a mid round pick for him.

It's not the NHL. NFL teams don't trade for rentals.

They might've gotten like a 4th for him, like Clinton-Dix, but they could get a 3rd-round comp. It's not like they're left with nothing.

Yes Iím aware. It doesnít change the fact he was let go for nothing. Compensatory pick aside, thereís nothing bad about getting another on top of that. Itís all currency.

You don't get the comp pick if you trade the player. He wasn't let go for nothing, he was let go for the comp pick, which is about the same value they'd get in a trade.

We saw the same thing play out with Earl Thomas. Seattle didn't want to trade Earl Thomas to essentially move up from the 3rd round (2020 comp pick) to the 2nd round (2018), especially when they're a competitive football team.

so many holes, just added one more to the mix.

i have no confidence with the way they are going. they really need to hit the long ball in the draft.

schurmur's record is abysmal. the man really needs to start winning some games.

Gettleman is still cleaning house and bringing in his own players, it doesnít happen overnight.

Giants traded Vernon for RG Kevin Zeitler. Solid addition for the O Line.

    http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/2...-vernon-browns

The New York Giants have agreed to a trade that will send Pro Bowl outside linebacker Olivier Vernon to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for right guard Kevin Zeitler, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Friday.

It's been rumored they're interested if the Cardinal's draft a QB. I only watched Rosen play in one game last season. Can't say much about the guy. Anyone else?

Try to make a pitch for Rosen and draft Haskins with the 6th overall to increase our QB stock because Eli is done at this rate

Why would you trade for Rosen and draft Haskins?
