QUOTE(S) TO NOTE:

?They talk about it, and they always talk about how, I wouldn?t say miserable, but when you?re not trying everything you can to try to make a run at it, and you?re trying to get picks and get younger and that kind of thing, it?s just a different situation. We?ll see what happens. Obviously everyone that?s here is still here. We?re playing for a great organization, a good team, and we?ll see where it goes.?

? Marc Staal on the future of the team.

I was hoping we would ?showcase? Miller for the rest of the season, not really smart having him play with Holland and McLeod if we are looking to trade him.

Showcase maybe grabs, Dd, Hayes, Vesey, Nash? Staal can get big minutes hope someone gets desperate

I guess, but I would rather trade Miller, since I think he will net a better return then Hayes and Vesey. Vesey on the third line, fast 4th (dont wanna showcase him) and have Miller play with Hayes and Zuc. DD, Nash and Grabs is fine, they are gone anyway.

Goergie getting the start in net????????

Holy shit!!

I'm glued to this tonight!

I love Staal's quote too; Like he gives a shit!

Translation: "They pay me...fuck it! I'll just go through the motions for a little bit and make it look like I care!"

I think it's safe to say #18 isn't going to be retired anytime soon, fella! ....unless it's for Tkaczuk

AV keeps saying how awkward it is that the organization announced this move rather than just pretending everything was fine and doing deals behind closed doors. I don't understand that logic. Whether they announced it or not, there would be rumors of a Rangers fire sale. The team sucks. It would be the same feeling.

Ah well, maybe we can lose another one tonight and slip ever closer to the lottery.
