"It's funny how that works. We play our best defensive game in a very long time, and we score five goals. I don't know when the last time was we scored five goals."

– Henrik Lundqvist

"I can't remember the last time we were standing here talking about us playing a complete game. Even though we gave up the first one, it was one of the best games we've played in a long time."

The performance last game wasn’t that great. Although it could get a win against this Buffalo team.

The held the opponent under 30 shots for the first time since 12/9, they were perfect on the PK adding a shorty, they scored on the PP, scored more than 3 goals for the first time since 12/19, used their speed to create chances, Hank played great again. What else would you like them to do?

Idk, maybe play a complete 60 minutes, they really weren?t all that good, they were just OK. They lose that game against a team with a competent goalie. ?Hank played great again? speaks volumes.

A competent goalie? They scored on 2 breakaways, a deflection, and a shot from the face off dot on the rush. Your blaming the goalie for that? Sure he probably wants the Grabner goal, another partial breakaway, back, but hard to blame the goalie for the other 4.

And if the team plays well Hank can play great? How does that work?

A competent goalie stops the Nash face off dot and Grabner goals. I?d bet that he would also save at least one of Carey?s or Nash?s breakaway goals. As I said, even a broken clock is right twice a day, I wasn?t overly impressed with the win. As for Hank, if he wasn?t great, the game seems a lot closer if you?re just looking at the scoresheet. I wouldn?t be putting this thought into the game itself if they haven?t been playing so poorly for so long leading up to it. But as I said, a performance like that could get a win against this Buffalo team.

Hey guys and gals? I'm a newbie here, introduced by my buddy (who will be named nameless) anyway......lifelong Rangers fan of hmm, as a matter of fact this is my 50th wedding anniversary with the Rangers. Yeah, kind of seems that way. I'm hooked, been taken to the cleaners emotionally and dare I say, have had our ups and downs with just one kid named Stanley, born in 1994. Here's to my new hangout!. P.S. I was the original stat king, but have been surpassed. Go by the eye test nowadays, but my eyes are getting bad and I think the Rangers may have had something to do with it! Let's go Rangers!

Welcome LarryBiv. Where's my liquor?

Is that a Guinness and a shot of Jamerson or some type of whiskey?

Yeah, shot of jamo topped with bailey's in a "pint" of guiness. I don't use a full beer though; I'd rather use half and make two bombs out of one beer.
